You can return goods purchased from us easily and for free! In our Trigera store, we make sure that you can enjoy shopping without stress. Thanks to our cooperation with DPD, we provide a convenient and fast return procedure.

Return conditions

• Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• The product cannot show any signs of use or be damaged in any way.
• The goods should be properly secured for transport, preferably in the original packaging.

How to return the product?

1. Write to us: Send an e-mail informing us of your intention to return.
2. Receive documents: We will send you the label and documents needed for the courier.
3. Prepare the package: Pack the product in the original packaging or another solid box. Include a completed withdrawal form.
4. Send the parcel: Hand the parcel over to the courier according to the instructions you will receive.
5. Wait for the refund: Once we receive the parcel, we will refund the money to your account within 14 days.

Return delivery details

Select the "I will use store delivery" option when generating the return and send it free of charge via DPD courier. After preparing the package, you don't have to wait for the courier - you can send the package to any InPost parcel locker.

Return process

Log in to your account and select the product you want to return. Select the form in which you want to receive a refund. After generating the return documents, print them, sign them, then pack the product together with the return document and send the package to the courier.

Refund

We refund the funds within 14 days from the moment we receive the goods or confirmation of their shipment. In most cases, the refund is faster.

The above refund procedure does not limit your right to withdraw from a distance contract. We care about your satisfaction with your purchases at Trigera!

Information on the Right to Withdraw from a Distance Contract

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days without giving a reason. This period expires after 14 days from the day on which you came into possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you, came into possession of the item.

To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, please inform us of your decision by sending an unequivocal statement (for example, a written statement sent by traditional mail or e-mail). The information can be provided to the following contact details:

A sample withdrawal form is included in Annex 2 to the Consumer Rights Act and is an annex to the regulations of the Online Store. You can use it, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is enough to send information regarding withdrawal before it expires.

Refund of Payments

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the selected method of delivery other than the cheapest method offered by us). The payment will be refunded immediately, and no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the information about the withdrawal.

We will refund the payment in the same way that was used for the purchase, unless another form of return has been selected - without additional fees. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or provide proof of their return, depending on which event occurs first.
